Is traditional talk therapy not hitting the mark for you? Sometimes, just talking about issues isn't enough. That's where experiential therapy comes in. This innovative approach provides hands-on experiences that challenge you to work through emotions in real-time. Therapy can be fun, dynamic, and impactful!

With over twenty years of experience in mental health, and eight years specifically working with teens and families, I understand what works. I'm here to guide you through this journey of healing. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful therapy that helps process and resolve trauma by connecting past and present experiences. EMDR allows us to address tough emotions in a safe, controlled environment, helping you find peace and healing.

I pride myself on being authentic and real in my approach, which is something my clients genuinely gravitate towards. I believe in creating a space where you can be yourself, where connections and trust come naturally. I know how challenging this work can be, but I promise to be there, supporting and guiding you every step of the way.

As someone who identifies as a lesbian, I'm especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ youth and individuals. I believe deeply in creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone. I've faced my own struggles, and I bring that empathy and understanding into my practice.

Balancing the heavy stuff with moments of levity is key. I believe in the power of laughter and humor to help individuals heal, build trust, and foster deep connections. Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious all the time—it can be a space where you feel safe, understood, and even find moments of joy.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m ready to help you and your family through this difficult time. Let's find healing together. All are welcome!
